Dr.
Julian was certified as an Underwater Investigator. The Board
of Directors of VSRS appointed him Chief of Rescue in 1998.
Other
certifications include Swift Water Rescue, River Diving,
Underwater Photography, and Enriched Air Nitrox Diving.
